• Single Project: We provide coverage under a specific policy to the termination of the contract. Specific coverage include Construction all risk (CAR), Erection all risk (EAR), General Liability, and Loss of anticipated revenue / business interruption, machinery breakdown, contractor’s plant and equipment, per-existing property, war/ political risks.

• Annual placements: A single policy which automatically covers all of the projects anywhere in Nigeria in which a contractor might be involved during the year; for automatic cover to apply, the individual project  period can be extended up to 48 months of construction plus 12 months of  maintenance.
Individual contract values up to NGN 5 billion. Projects larger would need to be declared and rated separately.
